Strong global issuance hides regional disparity

Ignoring the anomalous pandemic years, total global issuance in 2024 was close to that of 2019, which at the time we described as "Top of the Tens", being the highest issuance since 2007. The positive global issuance trajectory, however, hides vast discrepancies between regional markets.
